About the Course

CMA Final is the pinnacle of the Cost and Management Accountancy course. It focuses on developing advanced expertise in Corporate Financial Reporting, Strategic Cost Management, and business valuation, preparing candidates for leadership roles in the industry.

Subjects of Study

CMA Final has two groups with four papers each:

Group III:

  1. Corporate & Economic Laws
  2. Strategic Financial Management
  3. Direct Tax Laws and International Taxation
  4. Strategic Cost Management

Group IV:

  1. Cost and Management Audit
  2. Corporate Financial Reporting
  3. Indirect Tax Laws and Practice
  4. Electives (Choose one from three)

Eligibility

  • Must have cleared both groups of the CMA Intermediate examination.
  • Should have completed the required practical training as prescribed by ICMAI.

Registration Fees

₹25,000 for both groups (Payable to ICMAI).

Registration Cutoff

Four months prior to the month of the June or December examinations.

Coaching Duration

Typically 10-12 months, including expert sessions, case studies, and mock tests.
