About the Course
CMA Final is the final level of the Cost and Management Accountancy course. It focuses on advanced-level expertise in Corporate Financial Reporting, Strategy, and Cost Management.
Subjects of Study
CMA Final has two groups with four papers each:
Group III:
- Corporate & Economic Law
- Strategic Financial Management
- Direct Tax Laws and International Taxation
- Strategic Cost Management
Group IV:
- Cost and Management Audit
- Corporate Financial Reporting
- Indirect Tax Laws and Practice

- Strategic Performance Management and Business Management
- Risk Management in Banking and Insurance
- Entrepreneurship and Start-up
Eligibility
- Must have cleared CMA Intermediate (both groups)
- Should have completed required practical training
Registration Fees
₹25,000 for both groups (Payable to ICMAI)
Cutoff Dates for Registration
Four months prior to the month of examinations held in June or December.
Coaching Duration
- Typically, 10 to 12 months of advanced coaching
- Includes:
- Expert faculty-led sessions
- Case law and scenario-based learning
- Regular assessments and mock tests
- Emphasis on practical application and exam strategy
